An earthquake measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale has hit southwest
China, some 95km northwest of Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province. The
earthquake occurred at 2.28pm local time, and was felt as far away as
Hanoi and Bangkok. State media say 11,921 people are confirmed dead.
The Ministry of Commerce is currently drafting two new important rules to streamline E-Commerce. The new rules will apply to all e-commerce businesses and reportedly
stipulates that all store operators must be validated by a legal body
and must provide company license, tax registration, special service
license and contact details at the bottom of their websites.
