ChinaEdu Recruits For Online Degrees
ChinaEdu, a Nasdaq-listed Chinese education service provider, said it with cooperate with eight universities to offer recruitment services for online degree programmes, state media reports. Southwest Jiaotong University, the University of Electronic Science and Technology (Chengdu), Chinese Geology University (Wuhan), Chinese Geology University (Beijing), Northeast Normal University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Fujian Normal University and South China Normal University are among the universities that have signed an agreement with ChinaEdu. There are 68 universities in China that offer online degrees.

 

Allgreen Properties Invests RMB1.83 bn in Hebei
Singaporean property developer Allgreen Properties will invest RMB1.83 bn in a hotel and residential development in Tangshin, Hebei province. The investment secures Allgreen a 25 per cent share in the RMB7.3 bn project, which is a financed by Kerry Properties, Shangri-La Asia Ltd and Kuok Brothers. State media reports that the Singaporean company will fund its share in part by debt.
