Motorola Wins USD431m China Mobile Order
U.S-based Motorola has won network expansion orders worth USD431m from China Mobile, the company said in a statement. Last year, the two communications giants signed joint contracts for USD394m. Motorola has also recently carried out projects for VNPT Group in Vietnam and Mobily in Saudi Arabia, the announcement said.

Google Launches Chinese Music Service
Google has teamed up with Top100.cn, a Chinese music website, to give its users access to free downloads of licensed songs, Reuters reports. With this move, Google is challenging China's Internet search leader Baidu as the latter faces lawsuits over alleged copyright violations by providing downloadable music files without a license agreement. Advertising revenue from the new service will be shared among Top100.cn and its music partners.
