CiEvents – the southern hemisphere's largest provider of group travel, conference logistics, event management and incentive travel – has launched its business in China.
Established in 1986, CiEvents, is the event specialist business of FCm
Australia, and is an industry leader in Australasia, with offices in
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, plus Auckland and London. The company's
first China office is located in Shanghai.
The China launch comes in response to growth in both inbound and
outbound corporate event demand, according to a company statement. "We
identified that there was a strong need for us to locally provide
specialist services in this area," said David Fraser, FCm's Executive
General Manager, Greater China. "We are already transacting inbound,
and we are working with Chinese companies focused on 'outings', which
are similar to incentive trips."
