China's largest PC maker Lenovo Group has introduced its first personal computers in the United States since its 2005 purchase of IBM's faltering notebook PC business.
Following a major, and prolonged, company strategy restructure, Lenovo
finally unveiled three new notebook computers this week into one of the
world's most competitive home PC markets.
Among the product features is software that recognises users' faces,
allowing them to log on to their PC and various applications without
passwords. Lenovo, which already sells personal computers in China,
India, and Singapore, plans to also sell the new PCs in Europe and
Australia.
