dell.jpgDirect sales superior and PC maker, Dell, is seeking partners in China to channel its retail and commercial products.

The world’s second largest PC maker is looking to enroll 1,000 partners in China by the end of this year as a means of tapping into the country’s profitable PC market. The PartnerDirect program is aimed at helping to increase its accessibility to consumers in small and medium-sized companies in smaller Chinese cities. Some of the commercial partners will sell both Dell hardware and support services, while others will provide hardware to end-users.

Dell spokesperson is quoted as saying that the commercial product partnership plan is an important part of Dell’s long-term strategy in China.
