Morgan Stanley is putting its first property “Jinlin Tiandi – Yayuan” in Shanghai up for sale for RMB1.1 bn.
The property, which is located at the intersection of Madang Road and
Xingye Road, close to Xintiandi, was the first in which Morgan Stanley
Real Estate Funds invested five years ago.
The property consists of two towers, one of which is residential with a
total of 90 residences and the other includes 106 serviced apartments.
The latter is up for sale and covers 18,538 square meters and includes
50 parking spaces and a club of 1,300 square meters, media reports.
